FROM SCHIPHOL AIRPORT
The apartments are 20-35 minutes from Schiphol Airport by Taxi.
Taxi fare should be about EURO 35-40. We recommend you
select either an official “Schiphol Taxi” Taxi – visible from sign on
the roof, as these companies tend to be the most reliable and
generally have better fares.
FROM AMSTERDAM CENTRAL STATION
From Central Station, the Marnixkade Canalview Apartments is a
15-20 minute walk. A good alternative, if you don’t have a lot of
luggage and the weather is dry. Alternatively it is 10 minutes
with Bus 18 or Bus 21 (tell the driver that you want to get off at
Marnixplein), from there it is a 30 second walk to the
apartments.. Taxis are also available from Central Station (fare
approx. EURO 15, however, we advise against this as taxis at
Central Station are notoriously disreputable,and will often
overcharge).
BY CAR
We advise against coming to Amsterdam by car. Amsterdam with
its trams, many bicycles and small streets, makes it very easy to
get around without a car and very difficult to get around with
one. Additionally, parking is very expensive (even on street)
