We provide for seasonal rates in both our apartments
All rates listed below are in Euros ( € )
- Minimum stay four nights (3 nights during low season)
- Rates are based on 2 people
- Additional € 25 per extra person per night (over 2 years
of age)
- All rates includes amenities and a stocked refrigerator
with snacks and complete breakfast fixings
- 20% discount on additional nights beyond weekly rate
- Zolderkamer is available for EURO 75 per night. (Only
available in combination with the Mondriaan or Marokko)
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
We ask for a 25% down-payment with your reservation through
PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay using any major credit card
and in some markets with a bank transfer or personal check.
We cover all PayPal fees, so this transaction is free of charge
for you.
The outstanding balance can then be settled in cash upon
arrival. Unfortunately, we can not accept travellers checks or
credit cards at this time.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
We are a small business, and cancellations have a
considerable financial impact on us. In our cancellation policy
we try to find a balance between our guests need for flexibility
and our need for certainty that guests are actually coming. If
we are able to resell the room we will provide a complete
refund, minus 10% of the deposit to cover the transaction
fees.
HOUSE RULES
We strive to create a comfortable environment for all of our
guests based on mutual respect and consideration. We have
gone to considerable effort to furnish and equip the
apartments to make them as comfortable as possible, but we
are ultimately dependent on the good care of our guests to
maintain them. Rather than a long list of ‘do’s and don’ts’ we
simply ask you to be considerate of the other guests in the
building and treat the apartment and furnishings with care.
Three other important points to be aware of before you book:
- No pets are allowed.
- The entire building is smoke-free.
- If you are planning to bring children, please consult with us
in advance.
