Marokko Apartment (2nd floor)

This second floor apartment offers fabulous views of the canal and
park from the living room/dining room. It is spacious and bright.
The Marokko is painted in warm earth tones and is decorated with
Moroccan accents. There are dark hardwood floors throughout.
The living/dining room combination has a table that seats four, a
double sofa bed (sleeps two) and an entertainment centre. (Cable
TV, DVD, stereo)
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a
refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, 4-pit stove,
coffee maker and a washer/dryer combination. The kitchen is
stocked with all the necessary housewares.
The bedroom has an extra long king-size bed, reading lights, an
alarm clock, and a radio. It is light and airy with windows that
overlook the courtyard.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer and basic
toiletries are included.
The Mondriaan and Marokko are the same size, but the Mondriaan
has a larger bath and kitchen while the Marokko has a larger
bedroom.
The Marokko is two storeys up from street level and there is no
elevator/lift. In typical Dutch style, the stairs are very steep.
Beautiful views, but unfortunately not appropriate for anyone who
has difficulty with stairs.

Mondriaan Apartment (3rd floor)
This third floor Mondriaan apartment offers fabulous views of the

style. There are hardwood bamboo floors throughout.
The living/dining room combination has a dining table, an
entertainment centre (Television, DVD, Stereo with i-pod dock) a
large sofa, arm chair and additional chair that can pull out into a
single bed.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator,
microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, ceramic stove top, and
coffee maker) and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary
house wares.
The bedroom has a double bed, reading lights, an alarm clock, and

bathtub, shower, and toilet. There is a hairdryer and basic

We also rent out an additional guest room in combination
with the Marokko and Mondriaan apartments. This en-suite
guest room has a double bed, television, CD player/tape
deck. The private en-suite bathroom has a toilet, bathtub
and separate shower. There are excellent canal views from
the bedroom and even from the bathtub!
The Zolderkamer can only be rented in combination with
either the Marokko or the Mondriaan.
As is the case with the entire building, no smoking is allowed.
