The Marnixkade Canalview Apartments are very conveniently located
within an easy walk of many of Amsterdam’s favorite landmarks. It
is also ideally situated, with tram and bus stops just 50 meters
(about 150 feet) away. Tram 10 takes you directly to Amsterdam’s
nightlife on Leidseplein (just 5 stops), while Tram 3 takes you to
The Concertgebouw (Concert Hall) and many of the major museums
(Van Gogh, Rijksmuseum). Bus 18 takes you, in 5 stops, to Central
Station and Amsterdam’s emerging waterfront (Bimhuis, Jazz Hall,
and Stedelijk Museum).
Both bus and trams accept EURO’s (coins and small bills) and
strippenkaart (multi-trip tickets). At the train station you can buy a
strippenkaart that you will need to have stamped on the bus or tram.
